Job Description

  1. Manage critically ill patients in ICU & high-dependency units.
  2. Lead ICU team including nurses, residents & support staff.
  3. Perform invasive monitoring, ventilator management & emergency interventions.
  4. Coordinate with consultants for multidisciplinary patient care.
  5. Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, infection control & NABH standards.
  6. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  7. Maintain detailed ICU documentation, records & reports.
  8. Participate in audits, quality improvement & training programs.
