<ul><li>Provide specialized medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU or critical care unit.</li><li>Monitor and manage life-support systems, including ventilators, dialysis, and hemodynamic support.</li><li>Diagnose and treat complex, acute medical conditions and multi-organ dysfunction.</li><li>Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic procedures.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.</li><li>Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and resuscitation.</li><li>Communicate with patients’ families regarding condition, prognosis, and treatment options.</li><li>Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records and ICU documentation.</li><li>Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, infection control, and patient safety guidelines.</li></ul>
