Cosmetic Dermatologist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cosmetic Dermatologist to join our dynamic team in our growing organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in dermatology with a focus on cosmetic procedures. You should be proficient in the latest dermatological techniques and technologies, and have a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach are essential, as you will be working with patients who may be dealing with sensitive issues related to their appearance. In addition to clinical skills, you should be able to manage patient records, follow up on treatment outcomes, and stay updated with the latest advancements in cosmetic dermatology. You are also be expected to collaborate with other healthcare professionals and participate in continuous education to maintain your expertise. REQUIREMENTS:

• Salary: As per company's standards + Salary.
• Diagnose and treat various skin treatments.
• Perform cosmetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, HIFU, peels, HydraFacial and other non-invasive procedures.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow up on treatment outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in cosmetic dermatology and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines processes designed by the company.
• Supervise all cosmetic dermatology services performed by the technical staff.
• Attend to any emergencies arising during the course of treatment/procedure being offered to a customer/patient.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities for the clinic.
• Participate continuous education and training programs and upgradation of staff skills.
• Handle patient enquiries and concerns with compassion and professionalism.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards in patient care and treatment recommendations.

Requirements:

• Medical degree with specialization in Dermatology.
• Valid medical license to practice as a dermatologist.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cosmetic dermatology.
• Strong knowledge of skin care products and treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous education and professional development.
• Ability to educate and train junior staff.
