- Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, following recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality, including taste, texture, and presentation.
- Handle and store food ingredients and supplies properly to maintain freshness and prevent contamination.
- Manage and organize kitchen workstations to ensure efficient workflow and timely meal preparation.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and consistency.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in creating and planning menus, including developing new recipes and updating existing ones based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.
