Description

Conduct thorough consultations, examinations, and diagnostic evaluations for patients presenting with urological symptoms or conditions.
Formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, which may include medical management, surgical interventions, or minimally invasive procedures.
Perform surgical procedures with precision and adherence to established surgical protocols, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals involved in the care of urology patients, including nurses, technicians, and support staff.
Provide guidance and supervision to junior medical staff, residents, and fellows in training, fostering their professional development and clinical skills.
Contribute to the education and training of medical students, residents, and fellows through lectures, case discussions, and hands-on clinical teaching.
Engage in clinical research activities, including participation in clinical trials, outcome studies, or retrospective analyses aimed at advancing urological knowledge and treatment modalities.
Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at national or international conferences to disseminate knowledge and promote best practices in urology.
