Job Description

  1. Diagnose and treat OPD and IPD patients with urological conditions.
  2. Perform urological surgeries including endourology and laparoscopic procedures.
  3. Manage urinary stone disease, BPH, UTIs, and male infertility.
  4. Handle urological emergencies such as acute urinary retention and renal colic.
  5. Conduct pre-operative assessments and obtain informed consent.
  6. Provide post-operative care and monitor patient recovery.
  7. Interpret imaging studies (USG, CT, MRI) and lab investigations.
  8. Coordinate with anesthetists, nephrologists, and multidisciplinary teams.
  9. Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans.
  10. Maintain accurate medical records and surgical documentation.
  11. Follow hospital protocols, ethical standards, and safety guidelines.
