Description

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients with urological complaints, including medical history review, physical examination, and interpretation of diagnostic tests and imaging studies.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their urological diagnosis, medical history, preferences, and treatment goals, incorporating evidence-based medicine and best practices.
Perform a wide range of urological procedures and surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures, endoscopic procedures, and open surgical techniques, ensuring patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to urological patients, including counseling, education, and management of perioperative complications, ensuring continuity of care and patient satisfaction.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including primary care physicians, oncologists, nephrologists, radiologists, and nurses, to coordinate patient care, discuss treatment options, and ensure comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.
Lead and supervise urology residents, fellows, nurses, and support staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance and patient care delivery.
Participate in urological research, scholarly activities, and academic pursuits, including clinical trials, scientific publications, conference presentations, and medical education and training.
