Description

Diagnose and treat patients with urological conditions, including urinary tract infections, kidney stones, prostate enlargement (benign prostatic hyperplasia), erectile dysfunction, infertility, urinary incontinence, and urological cancers.
Conduct thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to assess patients' urological health, formulate accurate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Perform a wide range of urological surgical procedures, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, and robotic-assisted surgeries, as well as open surgical techniques, to treat urological conditions and improve patient outcomes.
Utilize advanced diagnostic imaging techniques, such as ultrasound, CT scans, MRI scans, and cystoscopy, to visualize and evaluate the urinary tract and male reproductive system, guide treatment decisions, and monitor disease progression.
Provide preoperative counseling to patients undergoing urological surgery, including discussing risks, benefits, and alternative treatment options, obtaining informed consent, and addressing patient questions and concerns.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including oncologists, nephrologists, radiologists, nurses, and support staff, to coordinate patient care, ensure comprehensive treatment planning, and optimize patient outcomes.
Educate patients and their families about urological conditions, treatment options, preventive measures, and postoperative care instructions, promoting patient empowerment and adherence to treatment plans.
