Job Description

  1. Evaluate and manage patients with benign and malignant tumors requiring surgical intervention.
  2. Perform complex oncologic surgeries, including resections, reconstructions, and minimally invasive procedures.
  3. Provide pre-operative assessment, post-operative care, and long-term follow-up.
  4. Collaborate with medical oncology, radiation oncology, radiology, and pathology teams for multidisciplinary care.
  5. Supervise and mentor junior surgeons, residents, and surgical staff.
  6. Develop and implement evidence-based surgical oncology protocols and guidelines.
  7. Manage surgical emergencies related to oncology cases.
  8. Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, risks, and prognosis.
