Job Description

1. Lead and perform surgical management of patients with solid tumors and complex oncologic conditions.
2. Conduct pre-operative assessment, staging, and individualized surgical planning.
3. Perform elective and emergency oncologic surgeries, including minimally invasive and reconstructive procedures.
4. Manage post-operative care, follow-up, and complication management for oncology patients.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and pathologists.
6. Supervise, train, and mentor junior surgeons, residents, and OT staff in surgical oncology techniques.
7. Ensure adherence to patient safety, infection control, and surgical quality standards.
8. Maintain accurate medical records, operative notes, and treatment documentation.
