4. Manage perioperative care and coordinate with ICU for critical patients.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including medical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, and radiology.
6. Monitor patient progress, manage complications, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
7. Mentor and train junior surgeons, residents, and fellows in oncologic surgical techniques.
8. Maintain accurate surgical records and ensure adherence to hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
