<ul><li>Provide expert diagnosis, surgical management, and follow-up care for cancer patients.</li><li>Perform complex oncologic surgeries, including gastrointestinal, breast, head &amp; neck, and soft tissue malignancies.</li><li>Lead multidisciplinary tumor boards with oncology, radiology, pathology, and radiation therapy teams.</li><li>Supervise, mentor, and train junior surgeons, residents, and medical students.</li><li>Ensure patient safety, adherence to oncologic protocols, and high-quality perioperative care.</li><li>Develop and implement clinical guidelines, care pathways, and quality improvement initiatives in surgical oncology.</li><li>Participate in research, publications, and academic teaching in oncology.</li><li>Maintain professional registration, certifications, and continuous medical education.</li><li>Contribute to service development, hospital policy, and cancer program strategy.</li></ul>
