<ul><li>Evaluate and diagnose patients with solid tumors requiring surgical intervention</li><li>Plan and perform complex oncological surgeries such as breast, gastrointestinal, head and neck, thoracic, urological, and gynecologic cancer surgeries</li><li>Collaborate with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, radiologists, and pathologists to determine the best course of treatment for each patient</li><li>Review diagnostic reports such as CT, MRI, PET scans, biopsy results, and blood tests to guide surgical planning</li><li>Ensure surgical procedures follow standard oncology protocols and safety guidelines</li><li>Counsel patients and their families about diagnosis, surgical options, expected outcomes, and postoperative care</li><li>Supervise pre-operative assessments and post-operative care, including pain management and wound care</li><li>Monitor patients’ recovery and manage complications or recurrence of disease</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>
