3. Evaluate patients pre- and post-operatively to ensure optimal surgical outcomes and recovery.
4. Manage spinal emergencies including trauma, cord compression, and spinal infections.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neurology, orthopedics, anesthesia, and rehabilitation.
6. Monitor patient progress, manage complications, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
7. Mentor and train junior surgeons, residents, and OT staff in spine surgical techniques.
8. Maintain accurate surgical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
