3. Manage preoperative planning and postoperative care, including rehabilitation and follow-up.
4. Conduct OPD, IPD, and emergency spine consultations.
5. Collaborate with neurology, orthopedics, radiology, and physiotherapy teams for comprehensive patient care.
6. Supervise and mentor junior spine surgeons, residents, and OT staff.
7. Ensure adherence to surgical protocols, patient safety, and infection control standards.
