Job Description

1. Diagnose and manage patients with urological conditions, including kidney, bladder, prostate, and urinary tract disorders.
2. Perform urological procedures and surgeries such as endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open surgeries.
3. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient counseling and follow-up.
4. Supervise and mentor junior consultants, residents, and nursing staff in clinical and operative settings.
5. Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate multidisciplinary care with nephrology, oncology, and other specialties.
6. Participate in departmental academic activities, seminars, workshops, and CMEs.
7. Conduct and guide clinical research, audits, and publications in urology.
