<ul><li>Evaluate and manage patients with urological conditions such as kidney, bladder, prostate, urethral, and reproductive system disorders.</li><li>Perform diagnostic procedures (cystoscopy, imaging interpretation) and therapeutic surgeries (endoscopic, laparoscopic, robotic, and open urological surgeries).</li><li>Provide preoperative counseling and postoperative care to patients and families.</li><li>Manage emergency urological cases, including trauma and obstruction.</li><li>Collaborate with nephrologists, oncologists, and other specialists for multidisciplinary care.</li><li>Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff.</li><li>Participate in clinical audits, research, and continuing medical education programs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.</li></ul>
