<ul><li>Evaluate patients with various malignancies and plan appropriate surgical interventions.</li><li>Perform oncologic surgeries including tumor resections, lymph node dissections, and reconstructive procedures.</li><li>Provide preoperative counseling and postoperative care to patients and families.</li><li>Coordinate with medical and radiation oncologists, radiologists, and pathologists for multidisciplinary cancer care.</li><li>Manage surgical complications and ensure optimal recovery and follow-up care.</li><li>Supervise and mentor junior surgeons, residents, and nursing staff.</li><li>Ensure compliance with surgical protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.</li><li>Participate in tumor boards, clinical audits, and continuous medical education.</li></ul>
