3. Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, including immunosuppressive therapy, biologics, and physiotherapy guidance.
4. Perform and interpret diagnostic tests including blood work, imaging, and joint aspiration.
5. Collaborate with orthopedics, nephrology, dermatology, and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
6. Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff in rheumatology care.
7. Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, patient safety standards, and evidence-based clinical guidelines.
