<ul><li>Diagnose and manage autoimmune and musculoskeletal disorders such as RA, SLE, vasculitis, and spondyloarthropathies.</li><li>Conduct outpatient rheumatology clinics and supervise inpatient rheumatologic care.</li><li>Perform and interpret joint aspirations, injections, and relevant diagnostic procedures.</li><li>Oversee management of chronic pain and inflammatory arthritis with disease-modifying therapies and biologics.</li><li>Collaborate with radiology for imaging interpretation (MRI, ultrasound) in rheumatic diseases.</li><li>Coordinate multidisciplinary care with physiotherapy, orthopedics, and rehabilitation teams.</li><li>Supervise junior doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.</li><li>Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, evidence-based guidelines, and patient safety standards.</li><li>Participate in research, audits, and teaching activities within the department.</li></ul>
