Description

Experience required: Freshers/Experienced.
Desired Profile: Candidate with MD/DNB/DPM who can handle department independently.
Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments, including clinical interviews, mental status examinations, and review of medical records, to formulate accurate diagnostic impressions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, incorporating pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy, and other therapeutic modalities as appropriate.
Monitor and adjust treatment interventions based on patient response, medication efficacy, and adverse effects, ensuring optimal outcomes and safety.
Provide psychiatric consultation and guidance to other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric nurses.
Lead and participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to coordinate care, discuss treatment plans, and address complex patient cases.
Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and strategies for coping and recovery.
