Salary: 24 to 36 Lac /year Depends on Location , Hospitals , Experience.
Experience required: Freshers/Experienced
Desired Profile: Candidate with MD/DNB/DPM who can handle department independently.
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, including their medical history, symptoms, and psychosocial factors.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, substance use disorders, and personality disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on the biopsychosocial model, incorporating evidence-based interventions such as psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and other therapeutic modalities.
Monitor patients' progress over time, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and minimize adverse effects.
Provide crisis intervention and management for patients experiencing acute psychiatric crises or emergencies.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, nurses, and occupational therapists, to coordinate holistic care for patients.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and clinical reviews to discuss patient care and treatment strategies.
