Job description

• Diagnosis and Treatment: Pediatricians are responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions and illnesses in children. They examine patients, gather medical history, perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate medications or treatments.
• Preventive Care: They provide routine check-ups, administer vaccinations, and offer guidance on nutrition, growth and development, and overall health and wellness.
• Emergency Care: They need to be prepared to respond quickly and effectively to critical situations, providing immediate care, stabilizing patients and coordinating with other healthcare professionals as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Educational requirements:

• Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate degree (MD/DNB) in Pediatrics
