<ul><li>Directly responsible for routine working of Hematology Clinical Pathology in coordination with the team.</li><li>Responsible to ensure timely delivery of reports according to the defined and promised TAT(Turn Around Time).</li><li>Effective monitoring of the section in accordance with institutional policies and procedures.</li><li>Effective quality management program for the section.</li><li>Administrative responsibilities of the Hematology/Clinical Pathology including, maintenance of equipment and inventory , personnel management on rotation with other consultants and assisted by senior technical staff of the section.</li></ul>
