4. Manage orthopedic emergencies and coordinate with critical care teams when required.
5. Supervise and mentor junior orthopedic surgeons, residents, and OT staff.
6. Collaborate with physiotherapists, radiologists, and other specialties for comprehensive patient care.
7. Develop and implement evidence-based orthopedic treatment protocols and surgical guidelines.
8. Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, risks, and outcomes.
