6. Supervise, train, and mentor junior doctors, residents, and allied orthopedic staff.
7. Ensure adherence to patient safety, infection control, and surgical quality standards.
8. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, radiologists, and pain management specialists.
