Description

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' musculoskeletal conditions, including physical examinations, medical histories, and diagnostic tests.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on diagnoses, which may include surgical interventions, medications, physical therapy, or other non-surgical methods.
Perform orthopedic surgeries, such as joint replacements, fracture repairs, arthroscopic procedures, spinal surgeries, and corrective surgeries for congenital conditions.
Monitor patients' progress following surgery, manage pain relief, and provide rehabilitation support to facilitate recovery.
Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, including physical therapists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, and primary care physicians.
Educate patients and their families about orthopedic conditions, treatment options, surgical procedures, and postoperative care.
Participate in orthopedic research, clinical trials, and continuing medical education to advance knowledge and improve patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, surgical notes, and progress reports.
