Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with chronic back and neck pain, arthritis, and sports injuries.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on non-surgical interventions, such as injections, physical therapy, and regenerative medicine.
- Perform procedures including injections for pain management, bone union techniques, and other minimally invasive procedures.
- Enrol eligible patients for advanced non-surgical treatments.
- Working with the physiotherapy team to conduct advanced non-surgical treatments effectively.
- Coordinate with hospitals and surgical centres to facilitate surgical interventions for patients requiring advanced orthopaedic care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients about their orthopaedic conditions and treatment options, including the benefits and risks of different interventions.
Requirements: - Medical degree.
- Residency training in orthopaedic surgery or related field.
- Board certification or eligibility for certification in orthopaedic surgery.
- Valid medical license to practice in India.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
