Description
- We have an open position for a General Ophthalmology Consultant for iDrishti Eye Hospital, Raichur, Karnataka.
- Post Fellowship candidates with ability to handle anterior segment surgeries independently would be preferred.
- The role involves providing OPD consulting services at our well equipped hospital.
- You will supported by a team of optometrists and surgical counsellors in this role.
- You will also need to mentor them as required.
- The Hospital is also equipped for retina and glaucoma treatment including OCTs, HFA, Yag Laser, etc.
- You are required to perform any required diagnostics and refer/treat cases in consultation with our visiting retina and glaucoma specialists.
- The hospital has an excellent surgical setup with the latest microscope, phacoemulsification machine and Class B autoclaves for the highest standards of safety.
- Several of our hospitals are also NABH compliant and we support the best protocols for patient safety and outcomes.
- You are required to document clinical details of all cases in the EMR system of the company.
- You will be provided the required training for the same.
- Ability to converse with patients in Kannada, Telugu and Hindi are a plus for the Raichur area.
