4. Oversee patient care in ICU, post-operative wards, and during rehabilitation.
5. Supervise, train, and mentor junior neurosurgeons, residents, and OT staff.
6. Ensure strict adherence to patient safety, infection control, and surgical quality standards.
7. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neurologists, radiologists, and critical care specialists.
8. Maintain accurate medical records, operative notes, and follow-up documentation.
