Description

Perform complex surgical procedures on patients with neurological conditions, including brain tumors, spinal disorders, vascular malformations, traumatic injuries, and congenital anomalies.
Conduct pre-operative assessments, surgical planning, and post-operative care management to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Utilize advanced surgical techniques, including minimally invasive and neuro-navigation-guided procedures, as appropriate.
Lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals involved in the care of neurosurgery patients, including neurologists, neurointensivists, anesthesiologists, and neuro-radiologists.
Provide clinical guidance and supervision to junior medical staff, residents, and fellows in training, fostering their professional development and clinical skills.
Educate and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows through clinical teaching rounds, lectures, and case discussions focused on neurosurgical principles and practices.
Participate in continuing medical education (CME) activities and contribute to the development of neurosurgical training programs within the institution.
Serve as a resource for neurosurgical research and academic initiatives, promoting evidence-based practices and advancements in neurosurgery.
