Job Description

  1. Diagnose and treat OPD and IPD patients with neurological and neurosurgical conditions.
  2. Perform neurosurgical procedures for brain and spine disorders.
  3. Manage head injury, brain tumors, spinal trauma, and degenerative spine cases.
  4. Handle neurosurgical emergencies and on-call duties.
  5. Conduct pre-operative assessments and obtain informed consent.
  6. Provide post-operative care and monitor patient recovery.
  7. Interpret CT scans, MRI, and other neuroimaging studies.
  8. Coordinate with neurologists, anesthetists, and ICU teams.
  9. Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
  10. Maintain accurate medical records and surgical documentation.
  11. Follow hospital protocols, ethical standards, and safety guidelines.
  12. Participate in clinical audits, CME programs, and research activities.
