Job Description

1. Provide OPD, IPD, and emergency neurology consultations.
2. Manage acute stroke cases, including thrombolysis and post-stroke care.
3. Handle neuro-critical care patients in ICU settings.
4. Interpret neuro-imaging (CT, MRI) and laboratory investigations.
5. Perform and interpret EEG, EMG, and NCV (as per hospital facilities).
6. Coordinate with Neurosurgery, ICU, Radiology, and Rehabilitation teams.
7. Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.
8. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow hospital protocols.
9. Participate in clinical audits, CMEs, and academic activities.
10. Ensure adherence to ethical practices and patient safety standards.
