1. Diagnose and manage patients with neurological disorders and diseases.
2. Provide OPD and IPD neurological consultations and care.
3. Handle acute neurological emergencies such as stroke, seizures and altered sensorium.
4. Interpret diagnostic tests including EEG, EMG, NCV and neuroimaging studies.
5. Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
6. Coordinate with ICU, emergency, radiology and rehabilitation teams.
7. Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, prognosis and treatment options.
8. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
9. Participate in clinical audits, research and academic activities.
10. Support quality improvement initiatives and ethical medical practice.
