3. Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as EEG, EMG, nerve conduction studies, and neuroimaging.
4. Develop individualized treatment plans including medical management, rehabilitation, and procedural interventions.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neurosurgeons, physiotherapists, and ICU staff.
6. Supervise, train, and mentor junior doctors, residents, and neurology staff.
7. Ensure adherence to patient safety, clinical protocols, and quality care standards.
8. Maintain accurate medical records, diagnostic reports, and treatment documentation.
