Description

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, incorporating medication management, lifestyle modifications, rehabilitation therapies, and surgical interventions as appropriate.
Monitor patients' responses to treatment, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support and education to patients and their families.
Educate medical students, residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals about neurological diseases, diagnostic techniques, treatment modalities, and advances in the field of neurology.
Deliver lectures, seminars, case-based discussions, and bedside teaching rounds to impart knowledge and foster critical thinking skills among trainees.
Engage in clinical research, translational research, and/or basic science research to advance understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of neurological disorders.
Design and conduct research studies, including clinical trials, observational studies, and laboratory experiments, to investigate the underlying mechanisms, natural history, and treatment outcomes of neurological diseases.
Maintain board certification and licensure in neurology through ongoing professional development activities, including continuing medical education (CME) requirements and participation in maintenance of certification (MOC) programs.
Advocate for patients' rights, access to care, and quality neurological services within the healthcare system and the broader community.
