Description

Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments of patients, including medical history review, physical examination, and interpretation of diagnostic tests.
Diagnose and treat various neurological conditions such as epilepsy, stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, neuropathies, and headaches.
Develop individualized treatment plans for patients, incorporating medication management, lifestyle modifications, and other therapeutic interventions.
Perform procedures such as lumbar punctures, electromyography (EMG), nerve conduction studies, and botulinum toxin injections as needed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
Provide consultations to other healthcare providers and participate in multidisciplinary case conferences.
Stay abreast of advancements in the field of neurology through continuing medical education, participation in conferences, and review of current literature.
Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, including residents, fellows, and medical students.
