Description

- Perform procedures such as kidney biopsies, central venous catheter placement, and management of vascular access for dialysis patients.
- Monitor patients' renal function, disease progression, and response to treatment through regular follow-up visits and laboratory assessments.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, social workers, and transplant surgeons, to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.
