<ul><li>Provide specialized care for newborns, including premature and critically ill infants.</li><li>Diagnose, treat, and manage neonatal conditions in NICU and other care settings.</li><li>Perform and supervise procedures such as intubation, resuscitation, and central line placement.</li><li>Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive neonatal care.</li><li>Monitor and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood work, imaging, and vital parameters.</li><li>Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication, nutrition, and supportive care.</li><li>Counsel and educate parents on newborn care, prognosis, and preventive measures.</li><li>Maintain accurate neonatal records, treatment logs, and outcome reports.</li></ul>
