<ul><li>Provide specialized care to critically ill or premature newborns in NICU and labor rooms.</li><li>Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation and stabilization.</li><li>Manage neonatal procedures such as intubation, mechanical ventilation, central line insertion, surfactant administration, and exchange transfusion.</li><li>Monitor and assess neonates’ condition, interpreting diagnostic tests and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.</li><li>Communicate effectively with families regarding diagnoses, prognoses, treatment options, and care plans.</li><li>Supervise and train junior doctors, residents, nurses, and NICU staff.</li><li>Participate in hospital committees related to neonatal care, infection control, and quality improvement.</li></ul>
