<ul><li style="margin-left:0px;">Directly responsible for routine working of Microbiology including Mycobacteriology. Serology &amp; Molecular Biology in coordination with the team of Consultants</li><li style="margin-left:0px;">Responsible to ensure timely delivery of reports according to the defined and promised TAT(Turn Around Time)</li><li style="margin-left:0px;">Effective leadership of the section in accordance with institutional assignment of responsibilities.</li><li style="margin-left:0px;">Effective quality management program for the section</li><li style="margin-left:0px;">Administration of the microbiology lab, including, maintenance of equipment and inventory , personnel management assisted by senior technical staff of the section</li></ul>
