Patient Care:

• Providing high-quality medical care to OPD and IPD patients with medical conditions and disorders, ensuring accurate diagnosis, appropriate treatment, and optimal patient outcomes. Diagnosing and treating medical conditions and disorders based on medical history, physical examination, and laboratory tests.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, MRI scans, CT scans, and laboratory tests to help diagnose and manage medical conditions.
• Developing and implementing treatment plans that include medication, diet, exercise, and other lifestyle modifications to help manage medical conditions and improve patient outcomes.
• Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Clinical excellence:
• Keeping abreast of medical advancements, research, and best practices to provide the highest level of medical care and treatment to patients, and continuously improving skills and knowledge.
• Quality improvement: Participating in quality improvement activities, such as peer review, clinical audits, and outcome monitoring, to ensure patient safety, quality of care, and adherence to best practices.
• Leadership and management: Demonstrating leadership skills in managing and supervising medical staff and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Keeping abreast of medical advancements and research to stay up-to-date on the latest treatments and therapies.

Patient Satisfaction:

• Ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction by providing compassionate, respectful, and patient-centred care, addressing patient concerns and needs, and providing clear communication.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation of patient care activities.

Resource Management:

• Efficiently utilizing hospital resources, such as equipment, supplies, and personnel, to provide high-quality care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhering to hospital policies and procedures, including infection control protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
