Description
- This position is responsible for the technical and scientific operation of Histopathology
- The position administers those functions, which results in the reporting of laboratory results of the section.
- The position would ensure adherence of Quality Management System within the section.
- The position involves strong clinical interface with medical specialists in the state, to maintain continuous closeness to referring physician and laboratories, hospitals and other institutional customers, to maintain and enhance the appropriate clinical stature of the laboratory.
- The position is responsible for cost containment on reagents, consumables and capital account. All the needed management and finance inputs will be proved to facilitate this responsibility.
- The position is responsible to ensure all critical alerts communicated to clients/patients on time
- The position is responsible to provide training on various SOPs sections and safety protocol
- The position is responsible to review results of Samples received in section on time
- The position is responsible to monitor and maintain TAT of respective section
