<ul><li>Perform advanced procedures, such as liver biopsies, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), and FibroScan.</li><li>Oversee pre- and post-operative management of liver transplant patients in collaboration with transplant surgeons.</li><li>Manage complications of portal hypertension and advanced liver failure.</li><li>Conduct detailed clinical assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, imaging studies, and laboratory evaluations.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic liver conditions.</li><li>Counsel patients and their families about the nature of the disease, treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and prognosis.</li><li>Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress to ensure optimal health outcomes.</li><li>Work closely with gastroenterologists, transplant surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, dietitians, and other specialists.</li><li>Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions for complex cases requiring integrated care, such as liver transplantation or cancer management.</li></ul>
