3. Perform and interpret investigations such as CBC, bone marrow examination, coagulation profiles, and flow cytometry.
4. Develop and monitor treatment plans including chemotherapy, blood transfusions, and hematopoietic therapies.
5. Collaborate with oncology, transfusion medicine, and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
6. Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and laboratory staff in hematology.
7. Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, patient safety standards, and infection control measures.
8. Maintain accurate medical records, treatment logs, and medico-legal documentation.
