Description

Diagnosis and management of the gynecological & obstetrical cases as mentioned above including conservative / surgical interventions as required.
Pre and Post Op preparation and follow-up of patients as required.
Management of complications.
Explaining to patients and their families, the details of the illness and the interventions required and helping them give an informed consent.
Empathizing and keeping the patient comfortable and satisfied is an essential part of the job.
Advise when more specialized assistance is necessary (consultation or referral).
Advise nursing staff on care of critically ill, post-op surgical patients.
Train newly joined members in Gynaecology & Obstetrics and other relevant surgical / emergency procedures.
To take daily round of Gyane patient admitted in the hospital in morning & evening.
To attend emergency duties related to surgery.
To serve in Hospital Committees as per requirement.
To provide training to the staff as per requirement.
