1. Diagnose and manage patients requiring surgical evaluation and intervention.
2. Perform elective and emergency general surgical procedures including abdominal, laparoscopic, and hernia surgeries.
3. Manage preoperative and postoperative care, including monitoring recovery and complications.
4. Conduct OPD, IPD, and emergency surgical consultations.
5. Collaborate with anesthesiology, critical care, radiology, and other multidisciplinary teams.
6. Supervise and mentor junior surgeons, residents, and OT staff.
7. Ensure adherence to surgical protocols, patient safety, and infection control standards.
8. Maintain accurate surgical records, documentation, and medico-legal compliance.
