Description

Provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients, including the diagnosis, treatment, and management of both acute and chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, respiratory issues, and infectious diseases.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including detailed history-taking, physical examinations, and ordering appropriate investigations (e.g., blood tests, imaging studies).

Oversee the treatment and care of patients admitted to general medical wards, providing guidance on diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
Ensure timely discharge planning and coordination with allied health professionals for post-discharge care and follow-up.
Conduct outpatient clinics, providing ongoing care for patients with chronic illnesses, preventive health screenings, and follow-up consultations.
Provide advice on lifestyle modifications, medication management, and preventive care to improve patients' long-term health outcomes.
