4. Manage pre-operative assessment, intra-operative care, and post-operative follow-up.
5. Handle ENT emergencies such as airway obstruction, epistaxis, trauma, and infections.
6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including oncology, neurology, pediatrics, and critical care.
7. Ensure compliance with surgical safety protocols, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
8. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, operative notes, and patient counseling.
