Description

Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations to diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal diseases, and reproductive hormone disorders.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood tests, hormone assays, imaging studies (e.g., ultrasound, MRI), and specialized endocrine tests (e.g., dynamic hormone testing).
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis, utilizing medications, hormone replacement therapies, lifestyle interventions, and surgical procedures when necessary.
Monitor and manage chronic conditions such as diabetes mellitus, thyroid diseases, and osteoporosis through regular follow-up visits and adjustments to treatment plans.
Consult and collaborate with other specialists, including surgeons, oncologists, nephrologists, and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications to improve health outcomes.
Participate in clinical research, academic activities, and continuous medical education to contribute to advancements in endocrinology and provide evidence-based care.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including patient histories, examination findings, treatment plans, and progress notes.
